What is a Menopause Café?

This free quarterly webinar series is for all staff within Vitae customer organisations that have signed up to receive our menopause support service. All genders are very welcome to attend these sessions. This session will not be recorded.

Coming up…

Testosterone is often labelled a “male hormone,” yet it plays a crucial role in women’s wellbeing – especially during menopause. This session uncovers the science behind testosterone’s impact on sex drive, mood stability, cognitive sharpness, energy levels, muscle strength, and overall vitality.

We’ll explore why declining levels in midlife can leave women feeling flat, foggy, or disconnected, and how recognising testosterone’s role can transform the way we support women through menopause. A clear, empowering look at a hormone that deserves far more attention.

Date: Monday 19th October
Time: 12:00pm – 1:00pm

Invitations for this webinar will be sent out to the contacts of those organisations signed up to the menopause support service.
