When you request an appointment, the information you give is confidential to Vitae. For Health and Safety reasons, if you feel unwell, or have any symptoms of infection, please do not attend in-person sessions. We can make alternate arrangements either by phone or online if required.
When will I hear back?
Urgent requests will typically be responded to within a few hours. If you request an appointment during business hours, a practitioner is generally assigned on the same day or within 24 hours. If it’s been some time and you haven’t heard back, please call or email us again.
