Our wellbeing workshops are interactive, practical and designed to give your people skills they can apply straight away. Delivered by experienced facilitators over 1–2 hours, each session is designed for teams of up to 15 people and tailored to their current needs. Sessions combine evidence-based content with discussion to help embed learning and turn it into action.

Workshops can be delivered in person or online, with new or bespoke content available at an additional development cost.

Well thought out advice and presented in a way that was engaging. I enjoyed the way that the facilitator asked us questions that were just for us (and expected us to come up with private goals). The sharing in the chat was enjoyable too.
