How the process works

A trained Vitae manager will complete an initial needs assessment over the phone using established protocols for critical incidents. Based on the information provided, we determine the triage priority and best support approach for those impacted.

You’ll also receive guidance on communication, key considerations and practical ways to support your team.

Next steps

  • A plan is in place within 2 hours
  • Commonly conducted onsite, but can be online in some situations
  • Follow up at 48 hours and 28 days for those significantly impacted.
