Understanding the changes that can happen during midlife and beyond is an important part of supporting the health and wellbeing of people at work.

This workshop series explores hormonal health and lifestyle factors, with each session designed to build awareness, open up conversations and strengthen support for people experiencing hormonal changes. Different workshops are available for both staff and people leaders.

We also have free quarterly Menopause Café webinars exclusive to organisations with menopause support as a contracted service. In 2026 our quarterly Well Man webinar series is free to all to promote the new service.

Understanding testosterone: Men’s wellbeing through midlife and beyond

Testosterone is central to men’s health – supporting mood, muscle strength, metabolism, sexual wellbeing, and cognitive function. As levels naturally decline with age, many men begin to notice changes that affect how they feel and function day to day. Yet these symptoms are often misunderstood, normalised, or overlooked.

This presentation brings clarity to the hormonal changes men experience in midlife, the high prevalence of low testosterone, and the impact on wellbeing and quality of life. We’ll explore common experiences, the latest research, and the wide range of treatments available to support men in maintaining healthy testosterone levels and thriving through midlife and beyond.
