Vitae offers a range of workshops focussed on supporting and developing the wellbeing of people at work.
Wellbeing workshops
These workshops are each delivered to people at work over 1 hour, 1.5 hours or 2 hours by experienced facilitators. The content is clinically based with practical skills and strategies applied. Working in partnership with your people and culture/human resources team, content can be adapted to meet the specific needs of your organisation.
Workshops are capped at 15 participants to maximise individual engagement with activities and to enhance a sense of confidentiality and safety in the workshop space. By arrangement these sessions can be offered in a virtual (Zoom) format.
Manager Equip programme
Hāpai Poutoko
Manager Equip is a toolkit for managers and team leaders to help them support wellbeing at work. The knowledge and understanding, skills and confidence gained in leading staff are essential in setting a culture for workplace wellbeing. These interactive and clinically-based workshops seek to support Managers with practical skills and strategies to support their own and others’ mental wellness in the workplace.
The stand-alone workshops are each delivered over 2 hours in person or online via Microsoft Teams by experienced facilitators. Workshops are capped at 15 participants to maximise individual engagement and to enhance a sense of confidentiality and safety in the workshop space. Follow up 1:1 wellbeing or manager coaching is also available.
Based on our customer feedback, we are going to run a small selection of these 2 hour online workshops over the year. These workshops are focused on managers and team leaders to help them develop their skills and support wellbeing at work. These interactive workshops are delivered on Microsoft Teams, on a Thursday from 12.00pm-2.00pm by an experienced facilitator. Registrations are capped at 2 participants per business for each workshop. This is to maximise availability to as many customers as possible.

Menopause awareness workshops
Menopause education and awareness workshops - for all staff Menopause awareness workshops are 90 mins long and available for our shared Vitae community online for $50 pp.

Menopause manager support workshops Raising awareness and understanding of perimenopause and menopause in the workplace is important for the healthy functioning of a team. This 90 minute workshop for managers will share research, encourage discussion, break down some stigmas and provide information on how you can support your employees. Each attendee will also receive some practical resources to assist them to be supportive managers for those experiencing perimenopause or menopause. To run this we will need a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 15 people. There is a limit of 2 managers per business, per workshop. This is to maximise availability to as many customers as possible.

Community workshops
These interactive workshops are delivered on Microsoft Teams, every Wednesday from 11.00am – 12.00pm by an experienced facilitator. The content is clinically based, applying practical skills and strategies.
Registrations are capped at 2 participants per business for each workshop. This is to maximise availability to as many customers as possible. These workshops are offered at a subsidised cost of $50+gst per person.
By having a range of businesses attend, we can share and learn from each others experience, building a network of professionals to connect with around New Zealand.
